1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phsjy.net, creating an account, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phsjy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

phsjy may revise these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The revised Terms become effective upon publication on phsjy.net. 2. Eligibility

To register and use phsjy, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be accessing phsjy for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from phsjy or from any other online gambling platform as part of a responsible gaming arrangement.
• You must not be employed by phsjy, or an immediate family member of a phsjy employee.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

phsjy reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be closed. Any funds deposited by ineligible players will be refunded to the original payment source, less any amounts already wagered.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on phsjy. Multiple accounts by the same person—whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods—are prohibited. If phsjy determines that a player holds more than one account, all accounts will be suspended and outstanding balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phsjy account password. phsjy will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any bets placed or transactions made using your login credentials are considered authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact phsjy support immediately and change your password.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

phsjy applies Know Your Customer procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing any withdrawal, phsjy may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID). Verification is typically completed within one business day.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phsjy are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phsjy does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers. Deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. All withdrawals are processed to an account in your own name—phsjy will not send funds to third-party accounts.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. phsjy will notify you by email before applying a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Dormant account fees will not reduce any account balance below zero.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on phsjy are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, event, or game type. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific sport rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence for that event.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until phsjy confirms it and a bet reference number is assigned. phsjy reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at any time without explanation. This right exists to manage risk and does not imply any wrongdoing on the player's part.

5.2 Errors in Odds

If odds are published due to a manifest error—a price obviously incorrect compared to prevailing market rates—phsjy reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified of any voided bets and stakes will be returned.

5.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play period (as defined by the specific sport rules), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, phsjy will honour pre-match bets at the original odds. Events postponed beyond 48 hours result in void bets and stake refunds.

5.4 In-Play Betting

Live betting odds change rapidly during events. Once a live bet has been confirmed by phsjy, it cannot be cancelled by the player. phsjy may suspend live betting markets at any time at its discretion, including during critical moments in a match.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phsjy offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must place ₱5,000 in eligible bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Bets placed with real-money balance count toward wagering requirements only if a bonus is active and the relevant game is eligible.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit phsjy's bonus system—including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, coordinating with other players to reduce risk on bonus bets, or using automated bet-hedging strategies—constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings, as well as potential account suspension.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unused bonus balances expire in accordance with the timeline specified for each promotion. phsjy will provide reminders via email and in-platform notifications before a bonus expires. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

phsjy is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting known software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using insider information obtained through illegal means.
• Accessing another player's account without their permission.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activity through the platform.

phsjy cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and gaming regulatory authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering or financial fraud may be frozen pending investigation, with funds reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Privacy & Data

phsjy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on phsjy, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phsjy uses your data to verify identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate about your account and available promotions. phsjy does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

All data transmissions between your device and phsjy are encrypted using 256-bit SSL. Your financial account details are stored in encrypted form and are never shared with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

phsjy does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or be free from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practicable.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on phsjy.net—including but not limited to the phsjy brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software—is the property of phsjy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from phsjy.net without express written permission.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your phsjy account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be resolved. Real-money balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method after identity verification.

12.2 Termination by phsjy

phsjy may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Depending on the nature of the breach, phsjy may:
